Welcome to the University of Delaware's ISSS Portal!
The ISSS Portal is the international students and scholars central portal to complete and submit ISSS forms. Within the system, students, scholars and departments can edit and submit forms as well as review any previous applications and messages sent through the system.
F-1/J-1 Degree Students & ELI:

To open a new ISSS Form: Please visit ISSS Forms to find and submit a form through the ISSS Portal.

If you have already started an ISSS form: Previously opened and submitted forms can be accessed and edited by clicking the "home" icon at the top left of this page and then clicking "User".
H-1B Visa Holders and J-1 Scholars:

ISSS Forms can be found within your ISSS Portal by logging into your account. Please click "Login" and then "H-1B/J-1 Scholar/Active OPT". Please note that many requests, such as a DS-2019 or H-1B request or extension, will need to be initiated by your host department.
Host Departments for H-1B/J-1 Scholars:
